AIX Training Self Paced
About AIX Training (Self-Paced):
AIX (Advanced Interactive Executive) is an operating system, from IBM and it’s based on UNIX. It’s also referred as Ain’t UNIX. AIX runs on IBM’s workstation platform, RISC system. It is specifically used for enterprise servers and it comes with a robust set of security options such as dynamic, secure tunnel authentication and Kerberos V5 network authentication. AIX training is the advance level of skills in administration.
AIX permits the system admin to divide CPU, Memory and Disk access between various tasks. The system supports IBM’s 64 bit POWER processor and is backward compatible with 32 bit applications. AIX runs most Linux applications and provide complete support for Java 2. AIX operating system is mainly practiced for maintaining the corporate level of server to get maximum benefits from it.
